Everything you can expect during your visit

Appointments
When you make an appointment, we allow time for one medical problem at a time. However, we understand some problems cannot be completely managed in 10-15 minutes, and there are times when extended consultations are required. So, if there are several things you want looked at, please let us know in advance.

After hours
For anything urgent outside operating hours, please contact the after hours GP on 03 684 8209. In case of emergency, dial 111.

Confidentiality
Your privacy is paramount, and we’re committed to meeting your requirements under the Health Information Privacy Code. Our policy is adhered to by all staff, so if you need to discuss something that’s confidential please let us know.

Support
All patients have the right to bring a support person to their appointment. Alternatively, you are welcome to have a nurse present. Please let your doctor or one of our nurses know.

Community Services Cards
Please bring your card to every appointment as it’s important we have your details.

Feedback
We take pride in providing our services but we are aware that patients can feel dissatisfied sometimes. We encourage feedback so that we can continue to provide the best experience, and this can be done in a number of ways:
