Repeat Prescription Requests (Enrolled Patients Only)
Repeat prescriptions for some medications may be obtained without making an appointment at Harper St Health. However, this is at the health practitioner’s discretion. For your wellbeing, we do not provide repeat prescriptions unless you have been seen in the last six months.
Your request can be made via Mange My Health if you are enrolled to use this service or by calling our clinic and leaving a message on the “script line” or speaking with our Reception Staff. Please note that we require up to 48 hr to prepare your prescription. Prescriptions are automatically emailed to your chosen Pharmacy.
GP Care
Our team provide care at every stage of life, from pre-natal through childhood and into adulthood.
Immunisations and vaccinations
We offer childhood immunisations as well as the influenza vaccination and additional immunisations for travel.
Nurse services
Our nurses are available to assist with wound dressing, dietary advice, smoking cessation and cholesterol lowering advice.
Minor surgeries
Everything from moles and small cysts to minor wounds that require stiches.
Chronic conditions
Diabetes support, foot care checks and access to the Community Respiratory Service.
Women’s health
Breast screens, cervical screens, whooping cough and vaccines for pregnant women.
Liquid Nitrogen
Harper St Health run a Liquid Nitrogen clinic each month for the treatment of simple skin lesions/warts.
Seniors’ health
Fall prevention, medication management and end of life care.
Travel Medicine
We provide travel advice, travel vaccinations and can refer you for Yellow Fever vaccinations.
Smoking support
Stop smoking South Canterbury support, CanBreathe programme and Quitline advice.
Sexual Health
For those under 25yrs and enrolled with our practice, you are eligible to receive 4 free Sexual Health consultations per yr.
Drivers Licence Medicals
Full drivers licence medical for all categories are carried out.
